1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MHS BLOOM ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

MHS BLOOM is a cosmetic reference application that provides information about dermocosmetic products for educational and reference purposes. The App contains a database of skincare product information across multiple brands and languages.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated
• You can delete your account at any time from within the App

4. Subscriptions and Ads

4.1 Free Version

• Android: the free version provides access to the App's product reference content and is supported by ads (Google AdMob).
• iOS (where available): the App is ad-free; the free version offers a limited selection of content.

4.2 PRO Subscription

• PRO is offered as a single annual subscription per platform (there is no separate consumer/professional split).
• Android: PRO removes ads.
• iOS (where available): PRO unlocks the full content.
• Subscriptions are billed through the app store (Google Play / Apple) and managed via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime through your app store's subscription management.

4.3 Free Trial

• Android: no free trial is offered.
• iOS (where available): a 7-day free trial is offered, once per account, and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

4.4 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in your local currency via the app store
• Regional pricing may apply in certain markets
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store (Google Play / Apple) according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All product descriptions, translations, expert tips, and educational content in the App are created by MH-SYNAPTIX. This content is protected by copyright law.

5.2 Content Protection

• Premium content is protected by a content-protection system
• Each account is assigned a unique identifier used for content protection
• Unauthorized distribution of the App's content is prohibited
• Screen-capture protection may be active on protected content screens

5.3 You May NOT

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent content-protection measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Share your account credentials with others

5.4 Brand Names

Product and brand names mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners. MHS BLOOM is an independent reference tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands featured.

6. Fair Usage

• Access is intended for personal, non-automated use
• Excessive or automated requests may be temporarily rate-limited or restricted
• These measures exist to prevent automated scraping and protect our content

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Availability and Updates

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• The App may require updates for continued functionality
• Critical security updates may be required before the App can be used

9. Limitation of Liability

MHS BLOOM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on content in the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

10. Termination

• You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Sections 5, 9, and 11 survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
